Whatever project ...


Today something weird but it will be my project for the next few weeks.




 
 
 I've played around a little with the object to find out which poses are possible.

Tutorial



Gear with Spokes




 We start with the spoked wheel ...

 ... slitting of 0.7 mm plastic card ...

 ... hub and spokes sticking on the disc ...

 ... supernatants cut and glue the ring ...

... cut out the spaces between ...

 ... glue the second disc and then the space between the cut again ...

 ... glue a piece of pipe with a file then neaten everything ...


... Next, the ring gear ...

strips of 0.7 mm plastic card glued together and cut small pieces ...

 ... the pieces of 0.5 mm plastic card stick ...

 ... reworked with a file ...

 ... cut a 5mm wide strips ...

 ... gear stick on the spoke ...

 ... as the last neaten everything ...


... the final cog in a model ...

-circular cutters
-steel ruler
-Diamond files
